you need to choose, what you actually want? because, if you want to be a hacker, so you have to be extra ordinary person, first think everything is possible.... so first, you know that you can go to any institute and lean it. and second learn it own you own.

if you will any institute, then you've to show you information like your name, add, mobile, photo, and after it. if you get certified then all government agency and all companies defiantly  know you, but if you learn it by your own. then nobody know you, you can do anything in the word, and everybody think that you are a only ordinary person, how can you do that, so that means you can hide your information by doing this. 

1. you need to learn C, CPP, Python, HTML, PHP, JAVA,

2. decide what you actually want to be

White Hat Hacker, Grey Hat Hacker, or Black Hat Hacker

3. you need to learn Electronics & Communications

4. you have to buy hacking devices like router, wifi(alfa, hacker pro)

5. ready for attack
